Parkour

Parkour is an exciting and challenging form of free running. Work with Glasgow Parkour coach Chris Grant to improve your speed, strength and agility.

Age recommendation: 12-18 years of age

Every Sun from 27 September – 29 November

Free but places limited. Call 0845 330 3501 to secure your place

Participants in the Parkour classes must return a completed and signed consent form before they will be allowed to take part. Consent from a parent/guardian will be required for participants under the age of 16. Please download this form and return it to Tramway before classes commence.
