This December's FRESH FACED is the 5th in a series of events for young people at the venue; showcasing the fantastic participation work that takes place in Tramway, and celebrating young people’s creativity with a welcoming and exciting atmosphere.


FRESH FACED Alternative Winter Fayre will be hosted by young people and compeered by the talented young presenter Fat Brestovca, who, at just 17 years old, has hosted stages at Southside Festival and West End Festival. The event is co-curated by Imaginate artist-in-residence Louise Brodie and Tramway, with designs and decorations by The Grey Earl. It features a dynamic programme of live music, performance, interactive festive stalls, and hands-on arts workshops.

Make wrapping paper with Tramway Visual Arts Studio Students 2pm onwards
Try out the rejuicynator bicycle-powered smoothie maker 2pm onwards
Bring an instrument! Open Mic* music 3-4pm
Tramway’s Young Critics launch a new fanzine 2pm onwards

Are you aged 14 – 20 and looking for work experience in creative arts setting? Tramway needs volunteers to help set up the event, guide visitors around

the venue and assist with the running of workshops on the day.
