Creative drop-ins this Summer

Tramway has announced a series of free, family-friendly workshops inspired by its main gallery exhibition this summer.

Led by local artist Usma Ashraf, free creative activities inspired by Jasleen Kaur's Alter Altar will run regularly from 6 July to 11 August.

Suitable for ages 4+, these sessions are open to absolutely everyone. Try out Henna, fabric printing, chai making and more. Every workshop is an informal drop-in, no advance booking required.

All these free drop-in sessions run from 1-3pm:

Thursday 6 July - Handmade Fabric Printing

Thursday 10 August - Henna Design and Painting
