Tramway’s Unlimited Festival

Posted on 4 Oct 2018 in News

We’re excited about the return of Tramway’s Unlimited Festival this October.

The festival supports the development of practice and presents exciting work by internationally acclaimed and emerging disabled artists across of wide range of arts forms.

Contemporary dance, visual arts, sound installation and film, masterclasses and discussion are all on the bill.

The majority of work is being seen for the first time in Scotland

Tramway producer Jo Walmsley has been working closely with all the artists to realise the shows at Tramway, along with The Work Room here in the south side, and London-based Shape Arts and Artsadmin, who lead on the Unlimited Commissions programme and play a vital role in supporting Tramway’s Unlimited Festival.

As Jo explains: “At Tramway’s Unlimited Festival there is a fantastic element of us all coming together to explore, discover and, with the artists and their creative teams, to develop new work and experiences to share with our audiences.”

We can enjoy the result of this at Tramway from Wednesday 17 to Sunday 21 October  with work by Amy Rosa, Joel Brown & Eve Mutso,  Isaac Clark-O’Malley and Phillipa Clark,  Aby Watson, Juliet Robson, and Adam Sloan.

Do join us!
