Birds of Paradise Theatre Company

Residency 29 April to 3 May

Birds of Paradise Theatre Company and associate artists, including Anne Kjær, are using this residency time to unleash the potential of a new work - WE FUCK .
We all need to feel like we have a place in the world – to know that our bodies are seen by others and that they are wanted and desired. But if that body doesn't conform to what we deem to be attractive - if it isn't part of the 'norm' - then where does it belong?
Conceived by a collective of disabled queer artists, this promenade event will be part exhibition, part immersive experience, part performance. It'll be provocative and perhaps uncomfortable for some, but ultimately it'll explore a shared truth - WE FUCK.
