On Saturday 7 July Tramway is turned over to a new generation of art lovers and art makers. Drop in to see what's happening...

From 12 noon -3pm, we host a special family-friendly preview of our Children's Exhibition, featuring five artworks made with children in mind. With sound and video, and art you can touch, move and even pick, it is especially targeted to children aged 3-8 years old. Bring your little ones along.

At 1pm, in our main theatre space, a group of emerging young artists aged 15-23 presents a one-off performance installation featuring guest appearances by young dancers from Y Dance. This event, which runs until 6pm, opens CelebrateART, an Upper Foyer exhibition by the same group which is the culmination of four months' work and includes projection, sound, printmaking and sculpture.

Also opening in our Upper Foyer Galleries, Here to Stay? is an exhibition created by young people with connections to Central and Eastern Europe which looks at their experiences of cultures, identities and belonging, in the context of Brexit.

All these events and exhibitions are free and open to all.

All exhibitions listed will run until 26 August.
