Covid Safety Information
We’re following Scottish Government guidance to help keep everyone safe. The following information gives details of how you can visit us, and what to expect when you do.
Our safety measures will be reviewed continually and in line with government advice, and we’ll update this website with any changes to policy.
In order to assist our staff and stewards to keep everyone safe, and to help protect you and your fellow visitors, you are kindly requested to comply with the following:
If you are displaying COVID-19 symptoms, or if anybody in your household is displaying COVID-19 symptoms, or if you are otherwise self-isolating (either due to a recent positive COVID-19 test or otherwise), you must not attend Tramway.
Please also follow all government guidance in respect of testing and self-isolation, details of which can be found here
We are continuing to participate in the Test and Protect scheme, so we require all visitors to ‘check in via NHS Check-In using a QR code.
Staff will be on hand to help if needed, and there will be an alternative check-in for people unable to use the QR code system.
Safety measures in the building include:
- Hand sanitiser stations at entrance
- Regular and thorough cleaning of door handles, rails, toilets and other areas
- Asking all staff and visitors to wear face coverings while in public spaces in Tramway. This includes in theatre spaces during gigs and performances.
Tramway is operated by the charity Glasgow Life. We are hugely grateful for the support it has received during the coronavirus pandemic, which has helped us to continue vital work during the most challenging of times. You can continue to help us by donating to Glasgow Life. Visit their website to donate.
