The incredible five star, award-winning show that you HAVE to see - it will change the way you think about war forever.

A moving, dramatic and unique work, based on military field research, exploring how the human body remains essential to war, even in the 21st century.

Choreographer of the hit film Sunshine on Leith, Kay’s trademark style of intense physical and athletic dance theatre has earned five star reviews, a nomination for Best Modern Choreography in the National Dance Awards and topped the Best Dance of 2015 charts in The Observer, The Guardian and The Independent.

The Friday performance will be followed by a post-show discussion with local military representation.
The Saturday performance will be preceded by a short dance work made by local community members in response to 5 SOLDIERS.

What the audiences said about 5 Soldiers...

“5 Soldiers was an extraordinary experience.  I can't think of anything else I have ever seen that spoke directly to me on a physical level.  I found myself both interpreting the performance mentally and literally feeling it.  The combination was captivating, challenging at times and extremely moving!” Audience Member

“A very moving experience. I wasn’t expecting it to have that sort of effect on me. A clever and evocative representation of combat presented in a medium that I never thought it could be before.” General Sir Nick Parker, former Commander of the British Land Forces
